All recipes, meals, and snacks are already planned for you! Use this plan, along with the recipes in this section, to keep rediscovering a healthier new you.

Note: Some meals or snacks within E4L call for scaling of recipes as denoted by 2x, 3x, etc. Simply double or triple listed recipes accordingly. This scaling has been accounted for in the Grocery Lists. Specific product brands are used for nutritional calculations only, feel free to substitute with comparable products where available.
